The scenic lake views from the room were fine.

The heated outdoor pool was disappointingly chilly, not what we expected. The breakfast service was not as quick as we'd hoped, and we had to wait a considerable time for our orders. Finally, the distance to the town center made it difficult to enjoy dinner out, especially in the cold weather.

Stunning central location near transport, the garden, and good quality restaurants. There were a lounge area, a hair dryer and a telly in the rooms, which made them luxurious. The staff were amiable, excellent services.

All Pros, no Cons

The staff were great! We were welcomed with drinks, and even had an iPad returned during our travels, showcasing their commitment to service. The breakfast buffet was good, with made-to-order options!

wonderful hotel with very courteous staff for an excellent stay. got luxurious and extremely spacious room with scenic views of the lake and a lounge and telly. favourable and incredible location in malcesine, just next door to centre of malcesine and a spacious restaurant and a lovely garden.

the staff and people generally were amicable. we stayed in the junior suite, it was modern and the bed was perfect.

We stayed in a Junior Suite Sauna with Lake View, and wow, the views were amazing. Super spacious and clean, the room had a great mix of modern decor and cozy vibes. The private sauna was a nice touch for relaxation after a long day. We loved having our own balcony to enjoy the sunsets. Honestly, the only thing we missed was a bit more storage space for our things. Just a minor detail, but it could've been more convenient.

Opt for breakfast outside by the pool for a serene start to your day and enjoy scenic views while dining.

The junior suite sauna with lake view was very nice. Big balcony for sunset views. Spa services including sauna, steam room, and hot tub were great. Breakfast had made-to-order omelettes and a great buffet selection. The heated outdoor pool was perfect. Every corner is spotlessly clean, and the staff went out of their way to help.

The junior suite with a lake view was super comfy and had an awsome balcony for sunset drinks. Breakfast was amazin, tons of options and you can sit outside by the pool, perfect for chillin. The staff were really friendly and always ready to help. The overall vibe of the place is just pure relaxin, def one of the best stays ever.

Great pools and wellness areas. Lack of luggage storage was a bit inconvenient.

Everything at casa barca was amazing. The junior suite terrace with lake view was fine and impeccably clean. The location is just 300m from the town center. The breakfast buffet was very nice, with made-to-order options that were the highlight of our day!

We had a blast exploring the fine golf courses at Franciacorta and Arzaga! They offer very nice views and a fun challenge. Our stay was super relaxing, with a really good breakfast, and the staff was always helpful. Two lovely pools meant there was never a lack of loungers. Highly recommend.

One small hiccup at checkout. We felt a bit overlooked compared to other guests getting a warm send-off. It was a tiny matter, but it did leave us feeling less welcome to return.
